Description: Spend a Saturday afternoon relaxing and being creative with a simple craft. We’ll have all of the materials and supplies you just need to bring yourself.

Description: Passport DC is a month-long festival in May that pays tribute to Washington, DC’s thriving international culture. As part of the festival, the first two Saturdays in May are devoted to embassy open houses. Consider this your chance to stroll Embassy Row – a stretch of Massachusetts Avenue NW that runs through Dupont Circle and Upper Northwest – and visit some of the more than 170 embassies based in the nation’s capital.

College Admissions: A Road Map for the Class of 2019
Description: This workshop for juniors and their families will discuss what students should do as they approach the college application process in the coming months. It will offer advice on researching colleges and developing a college list, insight into how colleges choose students, guidance on standardized tests and campus visits, tips on writing college essays and preparing strong applications (including the Common App and the Coalition App) and a brief overview of financial aid.
